Abstract

Hemşirelerin Etik Anlayışının Örgütsel Adalet Algısı ile İlişkisi

This research aims to examine the relationship between nurses' ethical understanding and organizational justice perceptions in terms of their demographic characteristics in the constantly developing and renewing health sector. A personal information form was used as a data collection tool, Moral Sensitivity Scale (ADA) for ethical sensitivity levels, and Organizational Justice Scale for organizational justice perception level. It was held between 1 February and 30 May 2023 with 315 participants. Correlation and regression analysis were performed to explain the relationship between ethical understanding and organizational justice. In the analysis made for nurses' workplaces, a significant difference was found in terms of moral sensitivity. In the post-hoc test, it is seen that emergency service employees have more moral sensitivity than others (p=.000). According to the results of the correlation analysis, it was observed that there was a positive, low-level linear relationship between the sense of organizational justice and moral sensitivity. This relationship was not found to be statistically significant. The findings of the study were compared with similar studies in the literature. It is recommended to conduct more studies examining the relationship between variables and to provide improved working conditions to increase the level of moral sensitivity.
