The study was planned to determine the views of children, parents and yoga instructors on yoga workshop processes based on preschool children's yoga experiences. This study, in which in-depth interviews were conducted with preschool children attending children's yoga workshops in Ankara, their parents and yoga instructors working in these workshops, was conducted using the qualitative research technique. The study group consisted of 5 preschool children, 5 parents and 5 yoga instructors. The findings of the study were collected under three themes: children's views, instructor views and parent views. Under the theme of children's views, their feelings about yoga workshops and their expressions on the yoga process were discussed; under the theme of instructor views, children's views on the process and their views on their personal development were discussed; under the theme of parent views, the categories of reflections on the child and reflections on the home were discussed. After the data analysis, the findings were discussed with the expressions used and literature review. In light of the results, suggestions were made regarding the effects of yoga on children, its effects on yoga instructors and parents' awareness.
