Like any poet, Kagizmanli Hifzi added his own dialect features to his poems. These features are indicative of the fact that the language used in his poems is also a sincere and unappealing language. The dialects of the Kars region are shown in the dialects of the Eastern group coming from Turkey's three main dialects. In our article, we will study the verbal characteristics of the poems of Kagizmanli Hifzi. For example, the presence of the verb -am / -em indicative affix and the -anda / -ende gerundial suffix, which are not used in our written language today, also the presence of morphological features such as the use of the -ca / -ce derivational suffix for simulated purposes, as well as the absence of vowel harmony, phonological features such as the round shape of the derivational affix of noun from noun in poems are the first striking features in his poems. There are the richness in the poetry in the use of regional morphems such as "Fatiha ver- lal eyle -, çalkan-, çıgrış -”.
