Qasida al-Amâlî is known as one of the most famous works written on akaid and kalam. In this work, which was written by Ali b. Uthmân al-Ûshî (birth ? - death 575/1179), the belief principles of Islam are explained according to the line of the Maturidi school. The fact that it is a verse and expresses the subjects concisely without going into details has made the work highly popular. Numerous commentaries have been written for the poem originally in Arabic, and the work has been translated into various languages. Besides the Persian and Urdu translations of the work, there are also translations made into Western languages. However, the number of translations made in Turkish is too high to be compared with other languages. There are many Turkish translations as verse and prose of the work, which was very popular during the Ottoman period. There are also new translations of the work made in the Republican period. The work that we have analyzed in the article is a verse Turkish translation of the Qasida al-Amâlî. This poem named “Subha-ı Sıbyân” has been written by a person named Sâbir. There is no previous study on the work. Although there are numerous and different types of studies have been done on the Amâlî, this poem is not mentioned in any of these studies. However, in two studies outside the Amâlî literature, some information about the work was obtained. Nontheless, when these studies were examined, it was seen that the information given about the verse was suspicious and quite inadequate. For this reason, related issues were investigated and explanations were made about suspicious issues. In this study, which includes a detailed research on Subha-ı Sıbyân, the introduction and analysis of the verse has been made and also a critical text publication, including the newly found copies, has been included.
