One of the neighbors of Turkish in the Balkan geography is Macedonian language. There is a field in the Balkans where Turkish and Macedonian live and interact. The language geography of Macedonian, which is the mother tongue of the Macedonians in the southern part of the Slavic languages, takes place in the Balkans. In Turkish name of the language is used as “Makedonca” or “Makedon dili”.
