XVII. century was a period in which social and political problems were experienced in the Ottoman Empire. Despite this, progress continued in the field of art and literature. This century has been a century in which classical Turkish poetry continued to rise. In this century, master poets such as Nef'î, Şeyhülislam Yahyâ, Nâbî and Nâ'ilî-i Kadim were raised. In the XVII. century, in addition to the classical style, Hikemî and Sebk-i Hindi style were also influential in classical Turkish poetry. What distinguishes Nâ'ilî among these poets who have distinguished themselves with their styles among his contemporaries is that he is a poet of the sebk-i Hindi movement. Although the general features of this movement are seen in his poems, Nâ'ilî is a master poet with his own idiom. He showed his artistic and literary personality mostly in his ghazals. The poet, who is a master of utterance, cleared the words from excesses and wrote concise and deep meaning ghazals with few words. It is very important to make an annotation of the poet's deep meaning ghazals, which almost condense a poem in a couplet. In the article, an annotation of Nâ'ilî's yek-avâz ghazal with "Do not worth it" redif has been made. Although ghazal is sometimes said simply and harmoniously, it contains subtle and deep meanings. Nâ'ilî's ghazal with redif does not matter is important in that it bears traces of the social life of the poet and his era, as well as the characteristics of the sebk-i Hindi movement.
