The aim of this study is to examine the postgraduate theses on attitude in Turkish teaching from various perspectives. The data set of the research, which was conducted with document analysis, one of the qualitative research designs, consists of a total of 130 postgraduate theses, 100 of which are master's theses and 30 of which are doctoral theses, prepared between 2006 and 2022 and registered in the Council of Higher Education Thesis Center. According to the findings of the study in which the data were analyzed with the content analysis technique, it was determined that the theses on attitude in Turkish teaching were completed mostly in 2019 (f=32) and 2022 (f=25), and these studies were mostly prepared at Dokuz Eylül University (f=10), Atatürk University (f=7), Gazi University (f=7), Kırıkkale University (f=6) and Sakarya University (f=6). It was found that Assoc. Prof. Dr. (f=43) and Asst. Prof. Dr. (f=43) mostly advised master's theses, while academics with the title of Prof. Dr. (f=22) advised doctoral theses. In the distribution of the theses on the subject according to basic language skills, reading (f=71) and writing (f=45) skills were found to be prominent, while the most preferred researchmethods in the theses were quasi-experimental model (f=51), survey model (f=39) and mixed models (f=35). Other findings in the study are that secondary school (f=66) and primary school (f=41) students are frequently preferred as the study group, and the number of keywords generally varies between 3 and 5.
