In this research, in Fatma Hilal Başal's Keloğlan Tales series, Keloğlan Takes His Lesson, Keloğlan and the Miller, Keloğlan and the Spring of Life, Keloğlan and the Bandits, Keloğlan and the Doctor, Keloğlan and the Good-Hearted Sultan, Keloğlan and Korkut and Turgut Brothers, Keloğlan and the Village It is aimed to examine the values in the fairy tale books named Yang, Keloğlan and Zehra Sultan Becoming the Hero of Keloğlan Village in the context of twelve universal values accepted by UNESCO. Qualitative research method was used to guide the research to be carried out in a consistent and appropriate manner. Data were collected through document review. Content analysis method was used to analyze the collected data, and "categorical analysis technique" was also used among content analysis techniques. The Keloğlan tales selected in the research were examined according to the values of love, happiness, cooperation, responsibility, honesty, respect, unity, simplicity, peace, humility, tolerance and freedom in the UNESCO Values List, and the values in the tales were noted. According to the results obtained, the numbers of each value in the fairy tale books were tabulated according to their frequency, percentage and density scores. Then, the dimensions in which the values were discussed in the tales were expressed and interpreted by quoting from the tales. In line with the results obtained in the research, in the fairy tale books examined, the value of love was used 59 times, the value of happiness 44 times, the value of cooperation 42 times, the value of responsibility 32 times, the value of honesty 30 times, the value of respect 17 times, the value of unity 14 times, It was determined that the value of simplicity was mentioned 8 times, the value of peace was mentioned 7 times, the value of humility was mentioned 6 times and the value of tolerance was mentioned 5 times. While the presence of 11 universal values was observed in the examined fairy tale books, it was determined that the value of "freedom" was not included in any of the fairy tale books.
