This study aimed to analyze the articles on teachers' job satisfaction in a comprehensive and holistic way between 2014 and 2025. In the research, descriptive content analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. A total of 142 publications obtained using criterion sampling method constitute the study group. Content analysis technique was used in the analysis of the data. According to the study findings, it was revealed that examined studies were concentrated in the years 2023 (f=25), 2024 (f=15), 2020 (f=15) and 2017 (f=15) respectively, they were mostly published in Journal of Management and Educational Sciences (f=8) and Journal of Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Education (f=4), there were more studies with two authors (f=77) and when looking at the topics studied together, they were mostly handled with leadership(f=30), they were mostly conducted with quantitative research methods (f=131) and parallel to this, relational screening model (f=104) was mostly preferred, majority of the studies were conducted with 301 or more participants (f=63), convenience sampling and simple random sampling methods (f=38) were mostly used, surveys (f=133) were used most often as data collection tool and finally, descriptive statistics (f=134) were used mostly as data analysis method. It can be recommended to increase the number of qualitative and mixed method studies on the subject.
