Masnavi is a special form of verse in divan literature with its rhyming couplets, the possibility of creating unlimited volumes and the ability to deal with all kinds of religious, intellectual or narrative subjects. Although it is not called masnavi, it can technically be encountered even in pre-Islamic and Western-influenced Turkish literature, especially with its rhyme scheme. This is an indication of how useful masnavi and masnavi rhyme are for poets. Masnavis, written on the basis of a certain systematic with their own internal headings and divisions have become popular to different degrees in different centuries and have become a form of verse that reflects different tendencies in terms of form and content.
