In the human body, there exist involuntary twitches. It is a common situation that positive or negative comments are made about the future situation of the person from these twitching movements. There are a number of works in which such comments are made and recorded in writing. These works are called Segirname. Such works have been the focus of attention in every period of history. Keeping the interest shown in the works called Seğirname alive also enabled the increase of such works numerically. When we look at the history of Turkish literature, it is understood that the examples of works such as segirname, ihtilacname, falname, written in prose or verse forms according to the periods, are in demand. Although there are some studies on segirnames, each new manuscript found will contribute to Turkish language history studies, especially to determine the vocabulary of this genre. For this purpose, in our study, the segirname manuscript of an unknown author, which was copied in 1758 and registered between pages 72b-80a of a manuscript in our personal library, was examined. The manuscript, which has the characteristics of old Anatolian Turkish, has been evaluated in terms of content features, language and stylistic features, and has been given as transcripted text and facsimile.
