İslami edebiyat mahsulleri arasında, üzerine en fazla ikincil metin (şerh, tercüme vb.) yazılan eserlerden biri de Kâ‘b b. Züheyr’in Kasîde-i Bürde’sidir. İlk kelimelerinden ötürü Kasîde-i Bânet Su‘âd olarak da tanınan bu eserin cazibesi, bizzat Hz. Peygamber’e sunulup onun övgü ve ihsanına mazhar olmasından ileri gelmektedir. Yedi Askı şairlerinden Züheyr b. Ebî Sülmâ’nın oğlu olan Kâ‘b, ilk olarak Hz. Peygamber’i hicveden bazı beyitler söyleyerek Müslümanların tepkisini çekmiş, ancak daha sonra bu tavrından pişmanlık duyarak Peygamber mescidine gelip özrünü bu kaside ile dile getirmiştir. Bunun üzerine Hz. Peygamber o anda üzerinde bulunan hırkayı (bürde) Kâ‘b’a armağan etmiş, bu sebeple manzume Kasîde-i Bürde olarak ünlenmiştir. Hz. Peygamber tarafından beğenilip ödüllendirilmesi dolayısıyla bu şiirin, söylendiği dönemden günümüze kadar kesintisiz bir ilgiyle karşılandığı görülmektedir. Bu ilgiyi farklı düzlemler üzerinden takip edebilmek mümkündür. Erken dönemlerden itibaren kaside üzerine yazılmaya başlanan ve kendine özgü bir literatür oluşturan ikincil metinler de bu düzlemlerden biridir. Bu çalışma, söz konusu kaside üzerine Osmanlı döneminde yazılan bu gibi Türkçe eserleri sınıflandırmaya tabi tutarak tanıtmak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda 24 adet eser tespit edilmiş olup yeni taramalar neticesinde bu sayının artacağından kuşku duyulmamaktadır. Sadece bu Türkçe eserler dahi Osmanlı döneminde manzumeye yoğun bir ilginin mevcut olduğunu göstermeye yetecek düzeydedir.

Kasîde-i Bürde, Kâ‘b b. Züheyr, Hırka-i Saâdet, mukaddes emanetler, Osmanlı edebî tercüme ve şerh geleneği

One of the works of Islamic literature on which the largest number of secondary texts (commentary/sharh, translation etc.) has been written is Ka?b b. Zuhayr’s Qasidah al-Burdah. The attraction of this work is due to the fact that it was presented to Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) in person and received her praise and benevolence. Ka?b, the son of Zuhayr b. Ebi Sulma who is one of the Seven Hanging Odes (Mu?allakat as-Sab?a) poets, firstly draw the reaction of the Muslims by saying some couplets that satirized the Prophet, but later regretted her attitude, came to The Prophet’s masjid and expressed his apology with this ode. Thereupon, The Prophet gifted the cardigan (burdah) he was wearing at that moment to Ka?b, and for this reason, the poem became famous as Qasidah al-Burdah. Since this poem was liked and rewarded by The Prophet, it has been met with uninterrupted interest since the day it was composed. Secondary texts which started to be written on the ode from the early periods and formed a unique literature, are also one of these planes. This study has been prepared to introduce such Turkish works written on the eulogy during the Ottoman period by classifying them. In this context, we identified 24 works and there is no doubt that this number will increase as a result of new research. These Turkish works alone are sufficient to show that there was an intense interest in this poetry during the Ottoman period.
