This study is about Jusipbek Aymavitov’s life, execution, works and the importance of this novel in Kazakh literature. The work made by the great Kazakh writer Jusipbek Aymavitov to improve Kazakh literature, the handling of charges against his character in the social and political situation of his time, the accusations of “public hostility, nationalism” in the Stalin era, including the difficulties he has experienced in his life and the fact that he was sentenced to death (lead), as he has done to other intellectuals in the repressive Stalinism mentality. Jusipbek Aymavitov, a researcher in pedagogy and psychology, who can master world classics into Kazakhstan, their novels, stories, short stories, games, he is a literary artist who has dramas, not only with his writing, but also with his teaching and education, who is forbidden to his works for political reasons at his time and whose value is unknown, but has been appreciated years after his death.
