Edebiyat tarihimizin en önemli kaynakları arasında yer alan mecmûalar geçmişten günümüze birçok bilinmeyenin gün yüzüne çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Bilhassa son yıllarda mecmûalar üzerine yapılan çalışmalardaki artış da bunu kanıtlamaktadır. Arapça bir sözcük olan mecmûa kısaca “cem edilmiş, toplanmış, bir araya getirilmiş” anlamlarına gelmektedir. Klasik Türk edebiyatında mecmûa denince akla ilk gelenler şiir mecmûaları, münşeât mecmûaları, nazîre mecmûaları, duâ, ilâhî ve güfte mecmûalarıdır. Mecmûalar üzerine yapılan çalışmalar her geçen gün artmaktaysa da hâlâ kütüphane raflarında yer alan onlarca mecmûa araştırmacılar tarafından çalışılmayı beklemektedir. Fuat Köprülü’nün mecmûaları tavsif ederken kullandığı “meçhûl ve medfûn birer hazine” ifadesi; mecmûaların ne kadar mühim birer kaynak olduğunu anlamak açısından dikkate değerdir. Bu sebeple mecmûalar üzerine yapılacak çalışmaların önemi bir kat daha artmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın esas konusunu teşkil eden şiir mecmûası Sivas Ziya Bey Yazma Eser Kütüphanesi’nde 0132 demirbaş numarasıyla kaydedilmiştir. Mecmûa kütüphane kataloğuna “Kâzım Bey” adına kaydedilmiş olmasına rağmen mecmûanın Kâzım Bey’e âidiyeti konusunda herhangi bir karîne görülmemektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle mecmûaların Türk edebiyatı tarihindeki yeri hakkında bilgi verilecek, ardından ele alınan mecmûanın nüsha tavsifi yapılacaktır. Daha sonra mecmûada yer alan şiirler ve şairler bir tablo ile gösterilip şiirler çeviriyazıya aktarılacaktır.

Collections, which are among the most important sources of our literary history, have brought many unknowns from the past to the present. The increase in studies on collections, especially in recent years, proves this. Collection, which is “Mecmûa” in Arabic, means “assembled, uniteed, mustered”. When collection is mentioned in classical Turkish literature, the first ones that come to mind are poetry collections, composed collections, an imitative piece of poetry collections, prayer, divine and lyric collections. Although studies on collections are increasing day by day, dozens of collections still on library shelves are waiting to be studied by researchers. The expression "unknown and buried treasure" used by Fuat Köprülü when describing the collections; It is noteworthy in terms of understanding how important sources are the collections. For this reason, the importance of studies on collections increases one more time. The poetry collection, which constitutes the main subject of this study, has been recorded in the Sivas Ziya Bey Manuscript Library with the fixture number 0132. Although the collection was recorded in the library catalog under the name “Kâzım Bey”, there is no evidence that the collection belongs to Kâzım Bey. In this study, firstly, information will be given about the place of collections in the history of Turkish literature; Then, a concise copy of the collection will be described. Later, the poems and poets in the collection will be shown with a table and the transcripted texts of the poems will be transferred.
