Some cities have a special place and importance in our civilization and cultural history. Bursa is one of the cities that have not been erased from the memory of the nation for centuries and whose ancient memories are always alive in the minds. In our cultural history, Bursa has a special place in addition to political and cultural centers such as Istanbul, Edirne, Konya, Baghdad, Damascus, Cairo, Skopje. Bursa, which is home to different cultures, beliefs and civilizations that date back to ancient times, is one of the most distinguished cities of Turkish-Islamic civilization in this land. Bursa, which embraced many civilizations with its deep-rooted past, was the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Bursa is the city of history and culture, bearing the first examples of Ottoman architecture, with the Osman Gazi tomb and the kulliyes of the next five sultans, as well as the works of Bithynia, Roman, Seljuk and yzantine civilizations; It is a spiritual city with hundreds of historical mosques, masjids and tombs. After the brief information about Bursa, the city of firsts, at the beginning of the study, the historical course of the city and its place in our cultural history are emphasized. Then, information was given about the poets who lived in Bursa throughout the history, and 9 poems, 8 of which were ghazals, written by divan poets with Bursa redif were tried to be examined. The poems are listed according to the death date of the poets and firstly, after a brief information about the poet, the verse is evaluated in terms of form and content; In the meantime, the text of the poem is presented. Thus, it was tried to determine which aspects of Bursa were handled from the eyes of divan poets.
